Privacy Policy
Revenue Experts AI (“we”, “us”) operates AI Citation Tracker (“the Service”). This page describes what data we collect and how we use it. If you have questions, email elizabeta@revenueexpertsai.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address, company name, and basic technical metadata (IP address, browser user agent, signup timestamp) for fraud prevention. When you run prompt tests, we store the prompts you submit and the responses returned by AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) so you can review your test history.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the Service: authenticate you, run prompt tests, track usage against your plan limits, and send you account-related emails. We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts to train any AI model.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for transactional email, and the official APIs of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity to run prompt tests. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing elizabeta@revenueexpertsai.com.
